For environmental and human friendly reasons, this product is only made when you order it. Typically, this product will be made in about a week, we will send you tracking information as soon as it's in the mail.

Due to the Made-To-Order nature of our products, we unfortunately do not offer returns or refunds for sizing issues or change of heart.

For sizing, Nessy wears a Medium in the photos and size Small in the video.

The sweatshirts are incredibly soft and comfortable. They are made entirely by a manufacturer we chose in the United States, where they will ship from. We cannot ship our limited stock of sweatshirts from our Paris store. 

If the product you received is not the correct product or is a misprint, we will be happy to replace the product at no cost to you but a refund will not be issued.
