Three horned rhinoceros beetle case

This specimen of Chalcosoma canaus was created by a notable Parisian collector and taxidermist. Native to the lush forests of Sumatra, they are known as three horned rhinoceros beetles for their trident like horn. Expertly preserved and cased.
